Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love LickWell. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

🎉 Keep-it policy:
You don't need to return the product to get a refund. Simply contact us, tell us what went wrong, and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You keep the mat.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund, email us at Getlickwell.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective

We'll respond within 24 business hours and process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lick mat arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at Getlickwell.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong shape or color, contact us and we'll send the correct item at no charge. You're welcome to keep the wrong one too.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds on orders that have already been refunded once, or on orders placed more than 30 days ago. If you're outside the 30-day window but have a genuine issue, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help.
