Free US Shipping on Every Order
At LickWell, every order ships free to anywhere in the United States — no minimum, no exceptions.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 10 business days. Please allow the full 15 business days before reaching out about a delayed order.
LickWell mats are shipped directly from our supplier to your door. This allows us to keep prices low and pass the savings to you. Your mat is worth the wait — thousands of happy pets agree!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided. If you don't see a tracking update within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand soon — thank you for your patience!
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Getlickwell.com within 30 days of your order date. We'll make it right — either by resending your order or issuing a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at Getlickwell.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to reroute it.
